Parking Information
Parking is available in the new Centennial Campus Parking Deck (Across from Engineering Building I). The physical address of the parking deck is 914 Partners Way, Raleigh, 27606. (NOTE: The map incorrectly states this deck is under construction. There are 600 spaces available all weekend for event attendees.)

Weekend Schedule

5:00pm – 6:45pm On-Site Registration Opens (if tickets still available), Pizza, Beer and Networking in Courtyard between Engineering Building 1 and 2
7:00pm Welcome / Keynote (in Engineering Building 2 Auditorum, Room 1025)
8:00pm – Pitches Start!
9:00pm – Attendees vote on top ideas
9:15pm – Teams start forming and discussing ideas
10:00pm – Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend. Teams start organizing and working
2am – Building doors lock

8:00am – Arrive, simple breakfast & coffee (Engineering Building 1)
9:00am – Mentors start to arrive – Ask them questions!
9:30am – Teams formed and setting up workspace for the weekend
12:00pm – Lunch served in Engineering Building 1
12:30pm - Richard White and Scott Moody Talk (Don’t miss this opportunity to see two all-stars)- Room # TBA
1:30pm – Call for needs & skills
2:00pm – Mentors continue to help teams one-one-one (they’re here to help!)
6:30pm – Dinner (Food truck!)
Midnight – Building doors lock

(Sleep – Get a good night’s rest so you can rock the presentations!)

8:00am – Arrive, simple breakfast & coffee (Engineering Building 1)
11:00am – Lunch served in Engineering Building 1
12:00pm – Presentations due!
1:00pm – Projector Check
2:00pm – Presentations start
4:30pm – Judging & awards
5:00pm – Networking / Free Beer and Food at Sammy’s
